Behind the making-of

Einen Photo Auftrag für ein Magazin auszuführen zu dürfen ist ein grosser Vertrauensbeweis. Das Briefing für solche Aufräge ist in den meisten Fällen klar definiert.

Beim Shooting selbst sind es dann aber die Menschen und die Stimmung während der Zusammenarbeit, welche die Bilder massgeblich "zum Leben erwecken".

Die Leserin und der Leser des gedruckten Artikels im Magazin sehen dabei lediglich einen Bruchteil der entstandenen Bilder. Aus diesem Grund erlaube ich mir, hier einen leicht erweiterten Einblick in dieses Shootings zu geben. To be able to carry out a photo assignment for a magazine is a great sign of trust. The briefing for such assignments is clearly defined in most cases.

During the shoot itself, however, it is the people and the atmosphere during the collaboration that decisively "bring the pictures to life".

The reader of the printed article in the magazine only sees a fraction of the images created. For this reason, I take the liberty of giving a slightly expanded insight into this shoot here. My sincere thanks go to Tanja Wegmann and Ursula Straumann from Hotel Les Trois Rois in Basel for their trust.
